- Announce 18-month PS/3DS exclusivity window starting 10/2015. Wii and Xbox have been inhospitable. Revisit the situation 4/2017.
- Rebrand. Tap hard into Dreamcast imagery because that’s what the pipeline will be reflecting if they play their cards right.
- All-hands-on-deck IP initiative coinciding with PS/3DS exclusivity. This includes a no-gimmicks, by-the-numbers Sonic Adventure 3, Phantasy Star V, Shining Force IV, OutRun 3, Virtua Fighter 6, etc.
- Open up to a possible Shenmue III. Don’t guarantee it, but say if Yakuza 5/Zero do well, a Kickstarter will be arranged for Shenmue III, as money speaks louder than petitions, if given the chance.
- Wrap it in an E3 presser. Hype it by implying the DC2 (bonus points for leaking the new logo), then unleash the lineup and announce it all for the systems that are already out there.
