Bleach’s epilogue is a two-parter after all, the second half coming in two weeks.
- “Major announcement” will coincide with the finale.
- P: I just want to take a moment and defend a controversial point of Ch 685…
  - Her initial ban from holding rank is (alongside Kenpachi’s initial…circumstances) one of the original examples of a character’s status not matching their power level. Otherwise you could assume all lieutenants were Shi Kai users and all captains were Ban Kai users.
  - She was a Shi Kai user long before the series even began. She was at least a lieutenant-level shinigami long before she was allowed rank.
  - Thus, she may have been near Ban Kai before Zero Division training. After that training, and the reveal of what her Ban Kai is, she is fairly qualified to take over 13th division.
- Must also take a moment to appreciate how interesting life will be in 8th div.
- Questions remain on who some of the current lieutenants may be.
Oh look, the asshole behind the Left Behind franchise died.
